Processing Time


All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



All products sold by ZESE do not include duties and taxes. Only the amount of the product and shipping costs will be charged for your order.

Please be aware that there may be extra customs fees due to the policy of different countries. The additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you.

Tracking Package


After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes a few days(within 3-5 business days) for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently

Due to the special nature of international transportation, the update of package information will be delayed. When the package leaves the shipping country, the detailed tracking information will generally be updated when it arrives at the destination country.

Lost Package/Unusual Package


In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, ZESE will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team by Email

ZESE will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order

If you purchase multiple items in one order, ZESE will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
